First of all, we would like to wish you all a very happy new year. We hope that 2019 brings you health, wealth and happiness for the year ahead.

Of course this is the time of year that resolutions are made (and broken!) So we wanted to do our own tongue-in-cheek spin on the traditional new year’s resolutions. We believe these are much more fun and will help you to spend plenty of 2019 in the nude!

1. Nude Health & Fitness

We all set fitness goals every year, and most of the time we fail, come the end of January. Give your fitness goals a bit of a twist this year by signing up to one of our naturist fitness classes. We have Nude Yoga in Manchester, Naked Pilates in Surrey, Sussex and London. And coming soon, we will also be providing nude personal training sessions in Northampton.

If fitness isn’t your thing, then why not look after your mental health instead, by unwinding (and undressing) at one of the UK’s nude spas? Read why we think you should spend a day at a naked spa, to find out more.

2. Join a Naturist Club

There have been various scientific research projects which have shown that being naked can boost endorphins, making you feel more happy and confident. Dr Keon West from Goldsmith’s College, University of London has said that people who spend more time naked feel better about themselves. 3. Nude Cleaning

Getting nude around the house is a great way to begin, if you’re new to naturism; and it’s also a fun way to spice up your daily chores. As you have probably already guessed, we love a bit of naked cleaning, although we do recommend wearing protective gloves for some jobs.

If you’re feeling brave, and fancy earning a bit more cash this year you could apply to become one of our naturist cleaners. We are looking for flexible, responsible cleaners no matter your age or figure. To register for a job please complete our online registration form. We will contact you once we have the need for new cleaners in your area.

4. Nude Cooking & Dining

Nude cooking and dining is the latest craze, with restaurants popping up around the world allowing diners the chance to enjoy a meal with the freedom of not wearing clothes. You could re-create this trend at home by hosting your very own nude version of Come Dine With Me and inviting some naturist friends over to rate your culinary skills. It’s a great way to learn something new, while being nude at the same time. Just remember to cover your bits if you’re frying with hot oil!

5. Support a Good Cause

If you want to be nude while supporting a great cause, then join the World Naked Bike Ride which takes place in London on June 8th this year. This will be the 16th year running that naked riders will pass through the city to raise awareness of pollution, congestion, bicycle safety and to promote positive body image.
